Our values

Where Care Became a Calling

Alera was born from a deep belief that the body is not something to be fixed in parts, but understood as a whole. Through years of personal experience, clinical observation, and an unwavering curiosity about how the nervous system, movement, and healing intersect, Alera emerged as a space for thoughtful, evidence-informed care. What began as a search for lasting relief evolved into a mission: to create personalized, sustainable treatment that supports resilience, restores function, and respects the body’s innate capacity to heal.
